Tony Levero started Diamond Point subcontracting for other carpet cleaning companies. He briefly worked for two different “coupon” carpet cleaners. The bait and switch tactics that they taught really bothered his conscience and he was not able to make a living with either of these companies. After a short time Tony found work subcontracting for a large and reputable company, where he learned about quality and respect for customers. Unfortunately though this company closed it's carpet cleaning branch.

Tony then began spending his days walking up and down roads like Belair, Harford, and York going into business' and handing carpet cleaning estimates to business owners that had never even asked for them. He spent his nights cleaning those business'! Some of those business owners are still Diamond Point customers today!

We wanted to tell you this story because what we know about a quality service, and a sincere respect for our customer was not something that we adapted from someone else's catchy jingle. We learned from hard work and hard lessons, that what we were taught when we were very young is true, treating others well is it's own reward!
